For help with GPT for Excel – Autosheet, GPT for Sheets – Autosheet, the Autosheet MCP server or the Autosheet API, open a support request. The support team maintains a 98% CSAT score with an average response time under 1 hour (outside nights and weekends).

The documentation and the release notes answer most setup and usage questions.

Sales and billing

To ask about the Enterprise plan, a quote or your subscription, contact sales through the same form. Plans and included usage are on the pricing page.

Security and privacy

The security and privacy FAQ covers data handling, retention, encryption, compliance and admin controls. The Talarian Trust Center holds the security documentation, certifications and responsible disclosure. Talarian's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement apply to Autosheet.
